Add to Watchlist

"Add to Watchlist" keeps findings under observation without acting on them yet, such as a lookalike domain that is registered but shows no content. Every watchlisted finding is listed in Triage & Watchlist. The watchlist is a mark, separate from the status "On Watchlist".

  • Status: unchanged. The finding gets the "Monitored in Watchlist" mark.
  • Score and severity: unchanged. The finding keeps counting while its status is open.
  • Default views: unchanged. The finding also appears in "Triage & Watchlist".
  • Where: Lookalike Domain, Account Impersonation, Rogue Mobile App, and Unauthorized Job Posting findings, in their grids and on the Findings page, and on the detail pages of those findings and of a Potential Employee Profile.
  • Who: every role in a grid; Admins and Analysts on a detail page.
  • Undo: "Remove from Watchlist", which "Triage & Watchlist" also offers.

Example: a domain resembling yours was registered yesterday and has no website yet. Add it to the watchlist with "Parked, check again in two weeks".
